When I'm not at a local market selling my chocolates, you'll usually find me in my garden workshop carefully creating the next batch. This is where each creation comes together, from tempering chocolate and experimenting with flavours to hand finishing every piece with care and attention.

Hello, I’m Heather, the chocolatier behind Filia Tres Chocolates, a small luxury chocolate business inspired by my three daughters, with the name meaning “three daughters” in Latin.
