I am the chocolatier behind Filia Tres, a small luxury chocolate business inspired by my three daughters - the name Filia Tres meaning three daughters in Latin.
From my dedicated chocolate workshop at home, I create small batches of handcrafted chocolates, using carefully chosen ingredients and a lot of attention to detail. Each piece is made by hand, with aim of creating something that feels both special and indulgent.

Filia Tres Workshop
When I am not at a local market selling my chocolates, you will usually find me in my garden workshop, carefully creating the next batch. This is where the magic happens - tempering chocolate, experimenting with flavours and hand finishing each piece with care and attention.
Working in small batches means I can focus on the details that matter, from the quality of the ingredients to the final look and taste of every chocolate.
it’s a slow and thoughtful process but one that I love and it’s what makes each box of Filia Tres Chocolates feel special.
