Shipping policy

Your order will be delivered to the address given at the time of your order, please ensure it is correct. Full payment should be received by us including delivery before your order is accepted.

Orders will be dispatched same day or next day depending on time order is received. They will be posted through Royal Mail by their 24hr tracked service. Dispatch days are Monday-Saturday. If your order is received on a Saturday after Post Office operating hours then your order will be posted the following Monday. 

Please provide details of a safe place or alternative if no one can receive delivery at the address provided. We do not take responsibility for any deliveries made during hot weather which cause heat damage. Great care is taken whilst packaging your order therefore is your responsibility for the package not being left in a warm place or overly handled. We shall have no responsibility for any cost, failure or delay in delivery or for damage or defected products that is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control including pandemic lock-outs, industrial disputes, fire, flood, explosion or accident or breakdown of systems or network access.
