Terms of service

Filia Tres is committed to providing an excellent service to all our customers. If you have any questions regarding your order please get in touch at filiatres@icloud.com and we shall respond quickly, offering sound advice and remedies.

Products may contain traces of milk, soy or nuts as all products are made in the same workshop. A delivery charge is payable per order shipped. You are not granted permission to re-sell any of our products without our written consent.

Personalised and bespoke orders require minimum 6 weeks notice to ensure manufacture and delivery on time. New corporate orders require 8 weeks minimum to allow for artwork and packaging to be made. 

All over our packaging is recyclable, please dispose of responsibly.

RETAIL PURCHASES - full payment should be received by us including delivery before your order is accepted. Once it has been accepted, both parties enter a legally binding contract.

BESPOKE ORDERS - If cancelled up to  7 days before dispatch or 7 days after dispatch 50% of the order value must be paid to us. If for any reason we cannot supply your order an alternative will be offered or the order will be cancelled. You will be refunded in full, we will not be liable to offer additional compensation. Products for delivery may be cancelled by you, please email to notify us, this can be within 7 days of delivery, the order should be returned to us if it has been delivered at cost to you. A credit will be paid within 14 days after we receive proof of postage. A deduction may be made to your refund if the products are returned in a condition not characteristic of the products. If you do not receive the products you ordered you must notify us by email within 48hrs of receipt, we shall endeavour to resolve the situation promptly.

STORAGE - Your chocolate(s) should be stored airtight in a cool, dry place below 18ºC 64ºF. Your chocolate(s) is made from fresh ingredients, therefore best before dates vary, the guideline is to consume within 14 days. During warmer weather your chocolate(s) may become soft, after removing the outer packaging, wrap the chocolate  and sleeve or box in cling film and place in fridge for a few hours, only removing the wrap after bringing to room temperature.
