Hand decorated Belgian milk chocolate with a ginger ganache and pate de fruits of pear centre.

Belgian milk chocolate: min solids 33.6%, min milk solid 20.8%, sugar, cooca butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: lecithins (SOYA), natural vanilla flavouring. Williams pear puree 92.5%, sugar, antioxidant, ascorbic acid E300. CREAM: reconstituted skimmed MILK, palm kernel oil, water, palm oil, modified maize starch, flavourings (contains MILK) MILK protein, thickener (E415), acidity regulator (E331,E340). Glucose. Candied ginger. Yellow pectin. Citric acid. Colourings: E171,E170,E129,E102,E110,E129,E133,E132, E143 (may have adverse affect on children).
